I think The Fell of Dark did a great job with its vampires, mixing the unique and the classic. Review: Caleb Roehrig is one of my favorite authors, and I was so excited to see that he had a new book out this summer and that it featured vampires!! I’m kind of happy vampires are making a comeback, as long as they aren’t all too similar. An ancient and terrible power is returning to the earthly realm, and somehow Auggie seems to be the only one who can stop it. And when a mysterious (and annoyingly hot) vampire boy arrives with a cryptic warning, Auggie suddenly finds himself at the center of it. Located at a nexus of mystical energy fields, Fulton Heights is practically an electromagnet for supernatural drama.

Official Summary: The only thing August Pfeiffer hates more than algebra is living in a vampire town. Copy for review all opinions are my own (purchase link above is an affiliate link – I get a small % of any sale at no extra cost to you!)
